Motion by Jacobsen9 seconded by Ludeman9 to approve the minutes of the
January 279 1975 meeting as printed,
All ayes - Carried,
2, Formation of Ad Hoc Hous~.n~g Committee,
Discussion was continued concerning the formati~ar of an ad hoc housing
committee.
Motion by Andersons seconded by Ludemans that the committee be made up of the
chairman of the Senor Citizens Advisory Commissions the Human Rights Commission
and the Planning Commission and to leave it~open for future members,
All ayes - Carried,
3< Authorization of Appropriated Funds for Phase II of the Lyndale/Hub/Nicollet
Commercial Improvement Program,
Motion by Jacobsen9 seconded by Ludemans to authorize the appropriation of
$14.9000 in HRA funds to complete phase two of the Lyndale/Hub/Nicollet studya
