~,oi ttee and residents to the meeting to discuss the goals and objectives of the
Commexcial Improvement Program. Chairman Law then introduced Carl McBride, Chairman
of the Cormnercial Improvement Committee.
rl McBride inted out that 116 businessmen had been. interviewed and 750 residents
