Regular Meeting November 25, 1974
I`kae HRA Authority of Richfield met in regular session in Council Chambers
of the City Hall on Monday, November 25, 1974 at 10:25 p.m.
Meeting was called to order by Chairman Taaw.
Present: Anderson, Jacobsen, Kenealey, T,uettinger, I:aw.
Absent: None
1. Minutes,
Motion by Jacobsen, seconded by Luettinger, to approve the minutes of Nov®

ember 12 as submitted and to defer the approval of the min~~tes of November 18
meeting until it is possible to present copies to the commissioners.
All ayes a Carried.
2~ Housing and Redevelopment Authority Agreement with Metropolitan Council,
Richard Krier, city planning director, reviewed the proposed HRA agreement
with the Metropolitan Council for technical assistance,
Phil ICatzang, staff member of the Metropolitan Council, reviewed the type
of services covered in the agreement and the basis of the fee charges therein,
Motion by Jacobsen, seconded by Anderson, to approve the agreement as sub=
misted.
All ayes m Carried.
3, Adjournment.
Motion by Jacobsen, seconded by T~enealey, that the meeting be adjourned,
