`Tiles Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Richfield met in a
special session in the Council Chambers of the City Ha11 on Monday, November
189 1974 at 7x00 p.m.
`The meeting was called to order by Chairman Law,

I'he planning director presented a summary of the HRA responsibilities, A
slide presentation on the Community Development Act of 1974 was shown, 'The
planning director discussed the tentative work program and the means which. are
being used to provide information to families and senior citizens. Members of
the HRA participated in discussion of these items and indicated support for the
tentative work program.
`Tike executive director asked the commissioners to consider the proposed
agreement with the Metropolitan Council for staff services, `Trta.e planning director
reviewed the agreement and the commissioners agreed to act on it at the next
regular IIRA. meeting.
Motion by Jacobsen, seconded by Anderson, that the meeting be adjourned.
