The HRA Authority of Richfield met in regular session in the Council Chambers
of the City Hall on Monday9 December 99 1974 at 9045 pom,
Meeting was called to order by Chairman Law,
Presents Anderson9 Jacobsen, Kenealey9 Luettinger9 Law
Absente None

Motion by Jacobsen9 seconded by Anderson9 to approve the minutes of the special
November 189 1974 meeting and the minutes of the November 259 1974 meeting,
A11 ayes m Carried,
Councilman Luettinger requested that the minutes of the November 189 1974 meeting
be amended to state that he was absent because of out of town business,
There was a discussion on the status of the House of Prayer Lutheran Church
propertya No action was taken9 but the staff indicated a report would be prepared,
The staff was asked to gather information on the Robbinsdale "spot renewal"
plano
Motion by Luettinger9 seconded by Jacobsen9 that the meeting be adjourned,
