OTHERS PRESENT: Thomas Ferber, City Clerk; and Pam Dmytrenko, Planning
Commission Member.
The meeting was called to order by Mayor tCirsch at 5:05 p.m.
Item #I MEETING WITH SUPERINTENDENT OF SCHOOLS SEARCH
CONSULTANT, DR. LLOYD NIELSEN, REGARDING DETERMINING
QUALIFICATIONS FOR SELECTION OF A NEW RICHFIELD
SUPERINTENDENT OF SCHOOLS.
Lloyd Nielsen, Plath, Nielsen, Rodgers Associates, explained the process being
used to select a new Richfield Schools superintendent.
Mr. Nielsen asked for input, response and discussion regarding the following
questions:
1. Describe the Richfield community as you would describe it to a complete stranger.
2. What are the key issues facing the Richfield School district over the next five
years?
3.. What are the key characteristics we should seek in a superintendent?
Mr. Nielsen thanked those present for their comments and reviewed the schedule
for selecting a new superintendent.
