Ferber, City Clerk; and Dennis Johnson,
Human Services Planner/Coordinator.
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Kirsch at~~:00 a.m.
Item #I PRESENTATION ON FINDINGS OF RECENT DEMOGRAPHIC STUDY OF
RICHFIELD AND SURROUNDING COMMUNITIES.
City Manager Prosser summarized the role of the South
Hennepin Regional Planning Agency and the role of the City's
Human Services Coordinator as they relate to human service issues
in Richfield.
Jean Massey, Director of Planning for the South Hennepin
Regional Agency, presented findings and answered questions
regarding a recent demographic study of Richfield and surrounding
communities regarding various population, income, age,
employment, household, education, and related trends.
Representatives of various civic, religious, human service
agencies, boards, and commissions were in attendance for the
presentation.
