James McGinty; and Tom Ulmer.
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Kirsch at 6:30 p.m.
Item #1 MEETING WITH RICHFIELD COMMUNITY SERVICES COMMISSION

Matt Stokes, Community Services Commission Chairperson,
reviewed the mayor responsibilities and accomplishments of the
Commission. He asked what the City Council expected of the
Commission and if there were any questions.
Council Member Sandahl asked the Commission to address the
issue regarding the request for free golf for employees of the
golf course.
Chair person Stokes responded that•it was a Citywide equity
issue. He stated that the Commission unanimously voted to
recommend no free golf for any employees.
There was discussion concerning the Commission's role in the
storm water drainage, park renovations, and street lighting
issues. Commissioners also described their review of City parks.
Commissioners asked that Public Safety and Neighborhood
Watch periodically monitor the parks to ensure the continued
safety of park users.
The City Council thanked the Commission for their excellent
work on these issues.
