The meeting was called to order by Mayor Kirsch at 6:30 p.m.
Item #1 MEETING WITH RICHFIELD PLANNING COMMISSION. C.L.NO. 158
Daniel Linnihan, Planning Commission Chairperson, reviewed
the efforts of the Commission to improve their professionalism
and ability to perform their function. He reviewed the status of
the following projects:
1. Site Plan Lessons
2. Draft Zoning Code
3. Adult Uses Zoning and Licensing Requirements
4. Comprehensive Plan
Kristal Stokes reviewed the work of the Comprehensive Plan
Steering Committee. She indicated that the new Draft
Comprehensive Plan would be broader in scope including three
volumes which could be described as an executive summary,
marketing tool, and framework workbook.
Community Development Director Wallace complimented the
Planning Commission on their work and indicated the City Attorney
is providing legal background and guidance regarding the Adult
Uses issues.
Discussion followed about further input into the Draft
Comprehensive Plan process from the public and other groups.

The meeting was adjourned by unanimous consent at 6:52 p.m.
