SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
August 3, 1994

PRESENT: Russ Susag.
STAFF PRESENT: James Prosser, City Manager; Steven Devich,
Administrative Services Director; Jack
Erskine, Public Safety Director; Donald
Fondrick, Community Services Director; and
William Fillmore, Liquor Operations Director.
OTHERS PRESENT: Jim Lynn, Lynn & Associates; and Jim Joyce,
Bill Mills, Willian Mills & Associates, Inc.
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Kirsch at 8:00 a.m.
Facilitator Bill Mills reviewed the results of a values and
attitude survey summary prepared by the Gilmore Research Group.
The surveys ware completed by approximately 147 City employees
representing all levels of the organization.
City Manager Prosser and the Department Directors were
directed to review the data in greater detail and determine if
the City staff has an interest in pursuing the consensus building
training that would be the next step in this process. The City
Manager's recommendation is to be presented to the City Council
in early September.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned by unanimous consent at 12.23 p.m.
