Administrative Staff was called by Thomas P. Ferber, City Clerk,
who announced that the purpose of the meeting was to receive,
open and read aloud, bids for trash and recyclables collection -
1994, bid no. 93-20, as advertised in the official newspaper on
November 3, 1993.
