The meeting was called to order by Mayor Kirsch at 6:00 p.m.
Item #I PRESENTATION OF 1992 COMPREHENSIVE ANNUAL FINANCIAL
REPORT. S. S. LETTER NO. 18
City Manager Prosser reviewed Study Session Letter No. 18
regarding the presentation of the 1992 Comprehensive Annual Financial
Report.
Jeff Radunz, Partner, Deloitte & Touche, reviewed, summarized,
and answered questions regarding the audit of the 1992 Comprehensive
Annual Financial Report including unreserved general fund balance,
general fund revenues, general fund expenditures,revenues/expenditures
per capita and per household, productivity measures, enterprise funds,
retirement obligations, debt service, and bond rating. Mr. Radunz
then reviewed the mayor points of the audit management letter
regarding internal controls, the sewer fund, liquor inventory,
payroll, the 77th Street Project, City services, popular reporting,
and the status of prior year recommendations.
Lawrence Wozniczka, 6744 Wentworth Avenue, asked about the HRA
financial report.

Mr. Radunz responded that the HRA financial report is blended
with the City's Comprehensive Annual Financial Report. He stated that
the HRA will be separated in future Comprehensive Annual Financial
Reports.
