MnDOT, who announced that the purpose of the meeting was to
receive, open and read aloud, bids for Minnesota State Project
No. HDP 9203(001), S.P. 157-108-09 (MSAD 108) 77th Street, as
advertised in the official newspaper on March 17, 24, and 31,
1993.
