Administrative Staff was called by Thomas P. Ferber, City Clerk,
who announced that the purpose of the meeting was to receive,
open and read aloud, bids for equipment procurement package no. 1
Richfield Water Treatment Plant, bid no. 93-04, as advertised in
the official newspaper on January 27, 1993.
