Administrative Staff was called by Thomas P. Ferber, City Clerk,
who announced that the purpose of the meeting was to receive,
open and read aloud, bids for one new five-unit hydraulic fairway
mower, bid no. 92-4, as advertised in the official newspaper on
April 22, 1992.
