by Thomas P. Ferber, City Clerk, who announced that the purpose of the meeting was to receive,
open and read aloud, bids for Jefferson Park construction, earthework, paths, play equipment, and
related park elements, City Project No. 8780, as advertised in the official newspaper on March
23, 1992.
