Larry Miller, Hennepin County Principal Property Appraiser,
reviewed Study Session Letter No. 20 regarding procedures and
background data for the 1992 Board of Review.
Mr. Miller stated that the aggregate residential growth for
Richfield for 1992 is a negative .4$. He added that an overall
7$ reduction in value occurred in apartment buildings and
commercial properties.
Mr. Miller indicated that there are a number of people who

Hoard.

City Manager Prosser reviewed Study Session Letter No. 21

repeal the 1/2G sales tax or propose legislation to firmly
establish how the 2C sales tax revenue shall be distributed.
