SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
October 28, 1991

The meeting was called to order by Mayor Kirsch at 6:45 p.m.
The City Council conducted an interview of a candidate for
serving on the Human Rights Commission.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned by unanimous consent at 6:55 p.m.
