Cliff Hoffman, Deloitte & Touche, presented the City Council
with the Management Letter accompanying the previously
distributed 1990 Comprehensive Annual Financial Report. He
summarized and answered questions regarding the 1990
Comprehensive Annual Financial Report, the audit performed by
Deloitte & Touche, and the auditor's observations and
recommendations. .
