STAFF PRESENT: James Prosser, City Manager; Thomas Ferber,
City Clerk; and Jim Thomson, Holmes & Graven.
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Kirsch at 6:05 p.m.
Attorney Jim Thomson from Holmes and Graven discussed the
status of the Farrington vs. Richfield pending litigation.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned by unanimous consent at 6:27 p.m.
