SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
April 8, 1991
MEMBERS PRESENT: Martin Kirsch, Mayor; Ivan Ludeman; Michael
Sandahl; and Kristal Stokes; and William
Bullock (arrived at 6:05 p.m.).
STAFF PRESENT: James Prosser, City Manager; and Thomas
Ferber, City Clerk.
OTHERS PRESENT: Jim Lynn, Consultant
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Kirsch at 6:00 p.m.
Item #i DISCUSSION WITH CONSULTANT JIM LYNN REGARDING TEAM
BUILDING/GOAL SETTING SESSIONS.
Discussion was held regarding a scheduling conflict for the
previously scheduled April 11, 1991 Team building/Goal Setting
session.
It was the consensus of the City Council to cancel the
Thursday, April il, 1991 session and to reschedule it for
Saturday, April 13, 1991, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 at the Lafayette
Club.
Jim Lynn reviewed with the Council the preliminary work and
instructions in preparation for the team building/goal setting
sessions.
