SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
January 14, 1991
MEMBERS PRESENT: Martin Kirsch, Mayor; Ivan Ludeman; Michael
Sandahl; and Kristal Stokes.
STAFF PRESENT: Thomas P. Ferber, City Clerk.
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Kirsch at 6:45 p.m.
Item #1 DISCUSSION REGARDING COMMISSION APPOINTMENT PROCESS.
C.L. NO. 4
Mayor Kirsch suggested scheduling interviews of city
commission candidates for February 5, 6, and 7. Council Member
Ludeman indicated he would not be available on February 7. It.
was the consensus of the council that the interview meetings be
scheduled for February 5 and 6 at~5:30 p.m.
After discussion of the process of considering candidates
for reappointment and appointment, it was the consensus of the
City Council that ten minute interviews be scheduled for each
candidate.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned by~unanimous consent at 6:53 p.m.
