SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
December 10, 1990
MEMBERS PRESENT: Steven Quam, Mayor; Ivan Ludeman; Michael
Sandahl; and Martin Kirsch.
The meeting was called to•order by Mayor Quam at 6:30 p.m.
Mayor Quam stated the council would be meeting in closed
executive session in another room for the purpose of discussing
the evaluation and salary of the City Manager.
The City Council discussed the evaluation and salary of the
City Manager.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was ad,~ourned by unanimous consent at 6:58 p.m.
