The meeting was called to order by Mayor Quam at 6:45 p.m.
Item #1 CONSIDERATION OF A REQUEST BY EDEN PRAIRIE TO SUPPORT
THEIR RESOLUTION OPPOSING THE EXPANSION OF FLYING CLOUD
LANDFILL. C.L. N0. 103

Mayor Quam reviewed Council Letter No. 103 regarding a
request by Eden Prairie for support of their resolution opposing
' the expansion of the Flying Cloud Landfill.
Metropolitan Council Member Gertrude Ulrich reviewed the
issues related to the proposed expansion of the Flying Cloud
Landfill.
After discussion, it was the consensus of the council to
take no action on the request. Mayor Quam stated he would inform
the Mayor of Eden Prairie of this response.

The meeting was adjourned by unanimous copse at 6:53 .m.
