CITY OF RICHFIELD, MINNESOTA CITY COUNCIL EXECUTIVE SESSION April 2, 1990 MEMBERS PRESENT: Steven Quam, Mayor; Edwina Garcia; Ivan Ludeman; and Martin Kirsch. MEMBERS ABSENT: Michael Sandahl STAFF PRESENT: James Prosser, City Manager; Steven Devich, Administrative Services Director; Thomas P. Ferber, City Clerk; Byron Wallace, Community Development Director; Karin Batchelder, Administrative Aide; and Charlie LeFevere and Jim Thompson, Holmes & Graven. The meeting was called to order by Mayor Quam at 5:35 p.m. Item #I DISCUSSION OF PENDING LITIGATION WITH CITY ATTORNEY. S.S.L. N0. 10 The City Council met in closed Executive Session to discuss pending and threatened litigation with Charlie LeFevere and Jim Thompson of the City Attorney's office.
