SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
WITH THE RICHFIELD POLICE PENSION HOARD
March 7, 1990
MEMBERS PRESENT: Steven Quam, Mayor; Ivan Ludeman; Michael
Sandahl; Martin Kirsch; and Edwina Garcia.
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Quam at 7:00 p.m.
The City Council and members of the Board of the Police Relief
Association listened to report presentations by Relief
Association President Robert Burge, Relief Association Secretary
Mike Hanson, and investment performance reports from Richfield
Bank and Trust and Renaissance Investments.
The meeting was adjourned at 8
