Administrative Staff was called by Thomas P. Ferber, City Clerk,
who announced that the purpose of the meeting was to receive,
open and read aloud, bids for one new 16 ft. hydrostatic tractor
mower, bid no. 90-4, as advertised in the official newspaper on
January 10, 1990.
