Pursuant to requirements of Resolution No. 1015, a meeting of the
Administrative Staff was called by Thomas P. Ferber, City Clerk,
who announced that the purpose of the meeting was to receive,
open and read aloud, bids for a new flusher unit at the City
Garage, bid no. 89-7, as advertised in the official newspaper on
February 15, 1989.
