SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
February 7, 1989
MEMBERS PRESENT: Steven Quam, Mayor; Ivan Ludeman; Michael
Sandahl; and Martin Kirsch.
MEMBERS ABSENT: Edwina Garcia
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Quam at 6:30 p.m.
The City Council conducted interviews of applicants for various
city commissions.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:35 P.M. and continued to 6:00 P.M.
February 8, 1989.
