NOVEMBER 14, 1988

Administrative Services Director; John

Wallace, Community Development Director.
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Quam at 6:00 P.M.
SPECIAL COIINCIL MEETING TO MEET LEGAL SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
C.L. NO. 266
City Manager Prosser introduced Attorney Marty Costello to
City Council Members.
Mr. Costello presented a brief biographical sketch of his
law experience and education.

There was general discussion between Council Members and
Mr. Costello regarding his approach to his practices and view of
municipal prosecution services.
