SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
July 11, 1988
MEMBERS PRESENT: Steven Quam, Mayor; Edwina Garcia; Ivan
Ludeman; and Martin Kirsch.
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Quam at 6:15 p.m.
The city council conducted interviews of applicants seeking
appointment to city commissions.
At 7:03 p.m. the meeting was recessed until after the
regular council meeting.
Mayor Quam reconvened the meeting at 8:00 p.m.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:30 p.m.
