Pursuant to requirements of Resolution No. 1015, a meeting of the Administrative Staff was
called by Thomas P. Ferber, City Clerk, who announced that the purpose of the meeting was
to receive, open and read aloud, bids for ILN/East Side Improvements, City Project No.
8372, as advertised in the official newspaper on July 22, 1987.

not been calculated
correctly to ob tain the total. The line items as submitted did not equal the total
submitted under each alternative.
~~*~ Alternative totals were recalculated and noted in black ink. Original numbers were
in blue ink. Calculations have been verified by Engineering.
The City Clerk announced that the bids would be tabulated and considered at the August 24,
1987 City Council Meeting.
