1987 BOARD OF REVIEW CONTINUATION MEETING
JUNE 8, 1987
MEMBERS PRESENT: John Hamilton, Mayor; Ivan Ludeman; Martin
Kirsch; Edwina Garcia; Lawrence Emond; and
John Janski.
STAFF PRESENT: James Prosser, City Manager; Steven Devich,
Administrative Services Director; Thomas P.
Ferber, City Clerk; and Larry Miller,
Hennepin County Principal Appraiser.
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Hamilton at 6:37 p.m.
City Manager Prosser stated that the 1987 Board of Review
was reconvened to consider appeals not acted on by the Board at
it's June 1, 1987 meeting.
Larry Miller, Hennepin County Principal Appraiser, stated
that Kevin Kilian, 7009 5th Avenue, indicated he no longer wished
to contest the Market Value established by the Assessor's Office.
Item #1 APPEAL BY CAROL INGERSOLL, 7327 THOMAS AVENIIE SOUTH.
P.I.D. 32-028-24-14-0121.
Larry Miller, Hennepin County Principal Appraiser, stated
that based on his appraisal of the property at 7327 Thomas
Avenue, he recommends a reduction in the Estimated Market Value
from $81,000 to $74,400. He stated that the current condition of
the subject property justified the reduction.
