Pursuant to requirements of Resolution No. 1015, a meeting of the
Administrative Staff was called by Thomas P. Ferber, City Clerk,
who announced that the purpose of the meeting was to receive,
open and read aloud,~bids for removal of diseased trees from
private property, bid no. 86-18, as advertised in the official
newspaper on February 4,.1987.
