Pursuant to requirements of Resolution No. 1015, a meeting of the Administrative Staff was
called by Thomas P. Ferber, City Clerlc, who announced that the purpose of the meeting was
to receive, open and read aloud, bids for sludge dewatering building at the water
treatment plant, City Project No. 703-1574 as advertised in the official newspaper on
January 28, 1987.
