REGARDING:
Because a quorum of the City Council, Housing and Redevelopment Authority
(HRA), and the Planning Commission may be present, a special meeting of the City
Council, HRA, and Planning Commission has been scheduled in compliance with
the Open Meeting Law, for the purpose of attending an Open House to hear ideas
regarding the Penn Avenue Study.
