Pursuant to requirements of Resolution .No. 1015, a meeting of the
Administrative Staff was called by Thomas Ferber, City Clerk, who
announced that the purpose of the meeting was to receive, open and
read aloud, bids for purchase of emergency vehicle signal pre-emption
equipment, as advertised in the official newspaper on February 12,
1986.
