Pursuant.to requirements of Resolution No. 1015, a meeting of the Administrative
Staff was called by Thomas Ferber, City Clerk, who announced that the purpose of
the meeting was to receive, open and read aloud, bids for One-Three-Wheel~Type
Mechanical Street Sweeper, Bid No. 86-1, as advertised in the official newspaper
on January 1, 1986.
