Pursuant to requirements of Resolution No. 1015, a meeting of the Administrative
Staff was called by Thomas Ferber, City Clerk, who announced that the purpose of
the meeting was to receive, open and read aloud, bids for Storm Sewer and
Appurtenant Work, Project No. 708-4880-1564, as advertised in the official
newspaper on October 30, 1985.
