Ferber, City Clerk, who announced that the purpose of the meeting was to receive, open, and read aloud, sealed bids for the 69th Street Storm Drain Manhole Improvements and Washburn Avenue Storm Drain, as advertised in the official newspaper on July 17, 1985.
