Staff was cal~led.by Thomas P. Ferber, City Clerk, who announced that the purpose
of the meeting was to receive, open, and read aloud, sealed bids for City Hall
Lobby-and Licensing Division Remodeling (Furniture and Carpeting), as advertised
in the official newspaper on July 9, 1985.
