Pursuant to requirements of Resolution No. 1015, a meeting of the Administrative
Staff was called by Thomas P. Ferber, City Clerk, who announced that the purpose
of the meeting. was to receive, open, and read aloud, sealed bids for Bituminous
Pathway for Richfield Lake, as advertised in the official newspaper on July 17,
1985.
