RECOMMENDATION TO PURCHASE CITY'S COMPUTER SYSTEM.

Administrative Services Director Devieh reviewed C.L. No.
261 relating to a recommendation to purchase the City's existing
IV-95 computer system. Mr. Devieh described four options
available to the City with respect to leasing or ownership of
the equipment.
There was discussion of the options, the IV-95 computer
system capabilities and limitations and, the eventual need for a
new system.
