The meeting was called to order at 7:38 p.m.

Community Services Director, Don Fondriek, presented a
synopsis of the history of Legion Lake, including the various
studies concerning potential park development.
Mr. Fondriek facilitated a discussion of the philosophy and
character of the Legion Lake proposal.
The City Council consensus on the highest priorities
for park development are: Water; active outdoor features;
ahd, passive outdoor features.
The Community Services Director reported on the schedule of
events which will be utilized in the park p anni rocess for
Legion Lake.
