Pursuant tc requirements of Resolution No. 1015, a meeting of the.Admin.istrative
Staff was called by Thomas P. Ferber, City Clerk; who announced that the purpose
of the meeting was to receive, open, and read aloud, sealed bids for a Hydraulic
Bucket Machine, as advertised in the official newspaper on March 13, 1985.

April 8, 1985 city council meeting.

NOTICE OF BIDS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by the City of
Richfield until 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, May 2, 1985, and will then be
publicly opened and read aloud. Bids are being requested for the following
work:
Sand Blasting and Painting of the Logan
Avenue Elevated Tank
in accordance with specifications on file in the Community Services Department
offices at 7700 Pillsbury Avenue South, Richfield, MN, 5523•
All bids shall be on forms on file in the Community Services Department
offices, 7700 Pillsbury Avenue South, Richfield, Minnesota, which will be
furnished free to each bidder upon their request.
All bids must be sealed and marked "Painting Logan Tower" and
addressed to the City cf Richfield. Each bid shall be accompanied by a
certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5~)
cf the total bid price, made payable to the City of Richfield.
The right is reserved to reject any ar all bids or parts of bids and to
waive informalities therein. Bids may be rejected due to any alterations or
erasures.
