COMPONENT FOR THE MARKET PLAZA DEVELOPMENT PROJECT
City Attorney Dave Kennedy explained the financing plan for
the commercial component of the Market Plaza Development
Project, an issue of $5 .9 million in Commercial Development
Revenue Bonds.

RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A PROJECT UNDER
THE MINNESOTA MUNICIPAL INDUSTRIAL'S
DEVELOPMENT ACT AND THE ISSUANCE OF
COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT REVENUE BONDS
TO FINANCE THE PROJECT
Motion carried 5-0. This resolution appears as Resolution

CORPORATION FOR SUBDIVISION WAIVER
City Manager Cartwright said the proposed resolution would
allow the condominium component on the Market Plaza site to
proceed immediately, separate from the commercial/rental housing
components of the project. If the waiver were not granted, the
condominium construction would be delayed until the spring of
1985. The developer is in the process of replotting the
property, but the process wont be completed until March.
