Pursuant to requirements of Resolution No. 1015, a meeting of the Administrative Staff was
called by Steven Devich, Acting Assistant City Manager, who announced that the
purpose of the meeting was to receive, open and read aloud, bids for Chemicals for the
Water Treatment Plant, as advertised in the official newspaper on September 26, 1984.
