Pursuant to requirements of Resolution No. 1015, a meeting of the
Administrative Staff was called by Steve Devich, Acting City Clerk,
who announced that the purpose of the meeting was to receive, open
and read aloud, bids for Seal Coating, as advertised in the official
newspaper on June 8, 1983.
