SPECIAL'-CITY COUNCIL MEETING
August 16, 1982
The city council of the City of Richf field met in special
session in the council chambers of the city hall on Monday, August
16, 1982 at 6:30 p.ni., in joint session with the Advisory Board of
Health. '
Mayor Hamilton called the meeting to grder.
Present: Bunce, Hassenstab, Kirsch, Ludeman, Hamilton
members=: of the Advisory Board of Health, Karl
NoTlenberger, City Manager, and Thomas Morgan,
Director i'ublic Safety.
Thomas Morgan, Director Public Safety, presented an overview
of the three areas of health. Those areas relate to personal, envi-
ronmental and emergency services. Mr. Morgan also described the
new environmental health complaint system.
Members of the city council and the commission informally dis-
cussed several items relating to the commission's role in health
related issues.
Meeting adjourned at 7:25 p.m.
