Pursuant to requirements of Resolution No. 1015, a meeting of the Administrative
Staff was called by Joyce L. Wilde, City Manager's designee, who announced that
the purpose of the meeting was to receive, open and read aloud, bids for LHN
Irrigation and Appurtenant Work for City Project 7054, as advertised in the
official newspaper on April 7, 1982.
